Ministry hires 363 primary school special education teachers for SMEAE special education schools
The Ministry of Education, Research, and Religious Affairs is announcing the hiring for the 2016-2017 school year of 363 temporary substitute teachers, who fall under the categories-specialisations PE71, PE70.50, PE70, 60.50 and PE11.01, to teach at School Units of Special Schooling and Education (SMEAE) and Induction Classes.
The funding will be disbursed from the regular budget and ESPA EU funds [Act: “Programme of Measures for Individualised Support of Students with Disabilities and/or Special Education Needs for the 2016-2017 School Year”], with the code OPS 5001975, of the Operational Programme “Development of Human Resources, Education, and Lifelong Learning 2014-2020”.
Educators who are hired should appear before their Directorates of Primary School Education to assume their duties between Monday, 28 November and Tuesday 29 November, 2016. They will be posted by decision of the local Director of Education in vacant positions at schools in the area in which they were hired, where they will serve until the end of the academic year.
